Shop. shop. shop until you drop! There's madness in the air but I refuse to buy into it. I'm shopping at my pace, nearly all done, just have to purchase a few more pressies and some gourmet food items to get me through the festive season. I was at the shops today when I heard a lady say, "just get it , it will fill up the stocking for the kids" and I thought , no, no, no I refuse to give in to the materialistic madness I've buying for the sake of buying. I buy people gifts because I've put some thought into them and into their likes and tastes, I really can't stand this commercial garbage!!!
