A Wee Bit of Supper
Tara and I have a lovely fortnight gourmet feast, we each take it in turns. This week was my turn and we had a bit of a scottish affair with chicken thigh fillets stuffed with sauseage meat, pistachios and herbs then wrapped in proscuitto and poached in boiling water for 20 mins then pan fried with marsala- we really go all out !! Whoever doesn't cook gets to bring the beveridge and this night saw us partaking in a full bodied red!! The chicken was served on a bed of broad bean and pea risotto. Bon Appetite!!To make it a bit more fun, this time we had to dress up in our best tartan- Tara decided to do a rendition of Bay City Rollers complete with fishnet stockings...
