End of week 10
have not lost any weight this week, and not surprised as the weekend was a total blow out!!! The girls took me out for a last hurrah as I started IVF sunday....and a good thing that is , its either that or rehab!!!!!! Ate myself silly and drank the bar dry...shameful really. Well I am back on the diet and still doing all the gym stuff so lets see what happens. Maria I hope you are having more luck, at least you're consistent!!!

Am loving the new pic at the start of your blog, is this something you've created or did you pince the photo from somewhere?
Fingers and toes crossed for you guys with the IVF. Hope the hormones aren't too out of wack :-)
